Great location, near the port and shops. Jungle garden, comfy and clean rooms. Amazing breakfast. Wheelchair-friendly with helpful staff. Outstanding swimming pool. Nature lovers' paradise. Friendly and funny receptionist.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a variety of foods to choose from. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the jacuzzi was a great addition. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay memorable.
This hotel is a great choice for families.

Had a great Xmas with friendly staff and a comfortable bed. Enjoyed the fresh and nice breakfast with a good variety of choice. the pool was really nice and enjoyable despite being located in a sunless area.
The location is boring with no walking distance life and bordered a dense forest area rich in burrachados/mosquitoes. Wi-fi is not working very well and did not enjoy the massage.

We loved the hotel's location as it was very near to the port and centrally located, making transportation easy. The hotel was nestled by the forest, bringing us closer to nature. We appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities like the dining room and parking. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable. The breakfast was also outstanding.

We had a last-minute trip to Ilha Bela and luckily found a room at Kalango Hotel. The receptionist, who lived in New Zealand before, spoke excellent English and gave us great recommendations. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel itself is beautiful and relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We spent Easter weekend at this hotel and had a generally pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for everyone and the room was comfortable. The pool and outdoor area were a great spot to relax and unwind, and the beach was only a short walk away. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with tips on nearby attractions and restaurants.
There were a few things that we disliked. The WIFI signal was weak and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected.
